1. This Site is provided for your personal and non-commercial use only.
2. Our online service for orders of Infinite Aesthetics clothing placed via this Site is governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should not place an order.
3. By using this Site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use this Site.
4. We seek to make this Site as accessible as possible. If you have any difficulties using the Site, please contact us.
5. Infinite Aesthetics reserves the right to suspend access to, or withdraw all or any elements of this Site, and to restrict access to some parts to registered users only.  Infinite Aesthetics reserves the right to make changes to this Site at any time without notice.

1. Ownership of rights
1. This Site and all intellectual property rights in it are owned by or licensed to Infinite Aesthetics.
2. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Site for your personal use.
3. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
4. You must not use any part of the materials on the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.  If you print off, copy or download any part of the Site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use the Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.
2. Accuracy of information and availability of this Site
1. While we try to make sure that this Site is accurate, up-to-date and free from bugs, we cannot promise that it will be. Any reliance that you may place on the information on this Site is at your own risk.
2. While we try to make sure that this Site is available for your use, we do not promise that the Site is available at all times nor do we promise the uninterrupted use by you of the Site.

Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation), we are not legally responsible for any losses that were not foreseeable to you and us when these terms of use were formed or that were not caused by any breach on our part. 
2. Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of the supply of any products to you, which will be set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

This contract shall be governed and construed with the laws of New Zealand. The courts of New Zealand will have jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions and orders made pursuant to it.
